A few weeks ago we got a free evaluation for insulation done on our home. We were informed that we qualified for the rebates that Rocky Mountain Power and Questar are offering so we could get our attic done for the cost of the rebates which meant nothing out of pocket! Awesome!
At that time we, we asked them if they were able to install insulation in already built walls. We found out this winter that our basement was finished without insulation! Who in their right mind would finish a basement without insulating! They informed us that there was another rebate for basements and that it would only cost us $100 to do it! We were so excited that we could actually get it done and way under budget!
So last night, Mark got to work drilling 4 inch holes in our walls in preparation for them to come blow insulation in. Today, they came and topped off our attic and gave us a much needed present of insulating our basement! We can now be able to use it without freezing our toes off during the winter and hopefully save us money on each monthly bill. Thank you Nelson Insulation for helping us take advantage of some great rebates and doing an awesome job! Now, we need to get to work patching all those holes!
