We were able to go the the Hogle Zoo for our neighbor’s birthday party. We were excited to see the new exhibits that they have added this past year. We first ate pizza for lunch and they got to see Ethan open presents and then eat some cute tiger cake pops. After getting everything cleaned up it was time to go look at the animals. It was pretty hot that day so the animals weren’t too active but we were able to see some seals, seal lion, polar bear, tigers, giraffes, monkeys and elephants. The kids had a great time! Vanessa started to not feel well about half way through being there so she just rode in the stroller and fell asleep while the other kids had fun seeing the animals. We will have to go back and let her see them. She was excited to go so it was a bummer that she wasn’t feeling well. Overall, we had a fun time together helping Ethan celebrate his 7th birthday!
