Can’t believe that our Vanessa turned 7 years old! It just seems like yesterday we welcomed her into our family! We sure do LOVE having her in our family. She has such a sweet personality and is so nice to everyone. She is our peacemaker.
This year she requested to have….a FROZEN themed party! I was really excited to start planning it with her. She wanted to have a friend party this year as well.
So for her friend party, they played a few FROZEN activities and games. First, it was make and decorate a snowflake, then they played Pin the Nose on Olaf. Next, was Freeze Dancing to the Frozen songs, and lastly, they had a huge snowball fight with crumpled up newspaper. This by far was the best activity. The girls LOVED it!
After games, Vanessa opened up her presents. She got a lot of fun things but her favorite was an Elsa Doll. Those things are extremely hard to find! She was so so excited to get it!
After presents, it was time for snack and cupcakes. All the snacks were Frozen themed. Olaf noses (carrots), melted snow (water), frozen hearts (strawberries dipped in white chocolate), ice cubes (layered Jello cubes), Anna and Hans Sandwiches (PB & J).and Frozen cupcakes. The girls thought the snacks were so cool and fun!
Vanessa had so much fun playing with all her friends and the party turned out great!
We also were able to celebrate her special day with family. The Sorensen, Mendoza, and Thomsen families came to help us celebrate. The kids all dressed up and Vanessa got her very own Elsa dress and blue shoes! She was so excited and I was so excited to give them to her!
She requested an Elsa cake so that’s what she got. It was fun, sparkly, and turned out perfect!
She got some Frozen Mini Figures and MagicClip dolls and a Frozen shirt and blanket. It is safe to say she is FROZEN equipped!!
We are so happy to celebrate another year with Vanessa and glad that she had so much fun on her special day! Happy 7th Birthday Sweet Vanessa! We love you!
