We were able to get together with the Carter side of the family a week before Easter. We traveled down to the Robert’s house to have dinner and an Easter egg hunt. It is always so much fun getting together with all the family. The kids love playing with their cousins and aunts. The Easter egg hunt was a hit. It was a bit too cold to have it out side so the adults hid the eggs downstairs. Vanessa was able to find the “Silver” egg and got $3 (Thanks Eric). She was super excited for finding it! After the hunt, Great Grandma had us all gather around to hand out Easter gifts. We all soon found out that we were April Foolsed when we opened them up to find random odds and ends from her house. Pretty funny. The kids got some little cups which they love so it all turned out great!
