Wow! Can it already be that time of year again!! Miss Vanessa sure has grown up this past year. She has developed a love for writing. She loves to leave us little notes around the house telling us how much she loves us. She enjoys making up stories and drawing. She can read very well and it’s so fun to have her read us books. She loves math and has really come a long ways this year.
She was sad to see the school year come to a close. She loves her teacher and is sad to not be in her class anymore. Mrs. Barker really helped Vanessa grow and I’m so grateful that she had such a great year. Teachers really make all the difference!
For last day of school, they held a field day and at the end, had a fire truck come and spray water. She had a lot of fun and it was a great ending to a great school year!
We are excited for the summer and look forward to 2nd Grade!
