Our sweet princess is growing up to be such a beautiful little girl! She is just 5 months shy of turning 5! Seriously where has the time gone? She is getting so excited to turn 5 and be able to go to Kindergarten. I can’t believe that she will be old enough! She is such a fun little girl. She brings so much to our family and we love having her apart of it.  Here are some things about Vanessa.

  • She loves to draw, color and paint. She is very creative and talented when it comes to art.
  • She loves to play dress up. It has become a daily thing to wake up and put on a princess dress.
  • She also loves to change her clothes frequently through out the day.
  • She is so smart! She surprises us everyday with something new she has learned from school and home.
  • She can now count to 100 with just a little promoting at times, write her full name, recite her phone number, say the ABC’s backwards (I can’t even do that!) and add (1 +1=2 all the way to ten).
  • She also is learning how to read. We are working on sight words and she is picking it up quickly!
  • She absolutely LOVES her baby sister and being a big sister! She is so cute with Sariah. Every time she sees her she will come up to her and say in this sweet voice “Hello, Hello, Hello.” Then she will kiss her. She also loves to hold her whenever she can.
  • She is such a big helper. She likes to notify me when the baby is crying and inform me that the baby pooped. She likes to tell everyone that her baby sister poops a lot.
  • She loves to play outside which consists of jumping on the tramp, swinging, and her favorite, digging in the dirt.
  • We are teaching her and Owen about modesty and she now will inform me when someone is not being modest. We are happy that she understands the importance of being modest.
  • She is very tender hearted just like her mom. She gets very concerned when anyone is having a difficult day.

We just love this little girl! We are so grateful that we get to be her parents and watch her grow and progress in this life! Love you Lou Lou!
