I took the kids down to Delta for my Aunt Kathy’s funeral. We were able to go to the splash pad early in the day. The kids played for a bit but the wind was horrible and it was making them too cold. Grandma was nice to treat the kids to McDonald’s while they dried off and warmed up. We went back to the house and rested before we headed to the viewing.
I was able to see a lot of my aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was fun to see them and catch up. We don’t get to see them very often. It was a short visit because I had to get back to work but we enjoyed our time with family while we could. 
Delta Visit
