It’s the “END” of the year!!!
To celebrate the New Year, we loaded up and drove to Evanston, WY and joined the Jones family at their new home! We were very excited to see their new home. It is so nice and spacious. They are so happy to finally to get into their home. We enjoyed eating dinner, playing games and chatting the night away. The kids had so much fun playing with each other. At one point during the night, their neighbors started to light off fireworks and the kids were squealing with delight and just had the best time watching them! It was so cute to watch them. We celebrated with the kids early so they could get to bed. Getting them to finally settle down was the tricky part but they finally fell asleep.
After the kids were asleep, we were able to play some games. It’s always fun playing games with them. 12:00 am came fast and we brought in the New Year with the tradition of toasting with apple cider and a kiss! We ended the night by playing a fun game on the Xbox. We laughed so hard and had a blast!
We all slept in and just relaxed and enjoyed the day together. We are grateful to have such great friends as the Jones’!
