It was our year to go down to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Delta. Mark had to work the day before til 5 so we woke up early Thanksgiving day and drove down. We were able to enjoy a yummy dinner with the family. I always love getting together and eating good food! After dinner we had fun playing with the kids and relaxing. We also were given our Christmas presents. The kids were so excited to open some presents! Vanessa got a Princess Tiana doll, which she loves! Owen got a truck set and Sariah got a talking toy animal. The girls also got a cute bear backpack and Owen a train set. They got spoiled by Grandpa and Grandma.
Mark and I got some Gorilla shelves! We were excited about them!
It was so fun being down with my family and celebrating such a great holiday. We feel so blessed to have a family that loves us dearly and for opportunities to get together. We truly have been so blessed this year both spiritually and temporally. We are so grateful for our loving Heavenly Father for all that he gives us and especially for the gift of our Savior Jesus Christ and the gospel which brings us peace and hope. We are also grateful to be living in a free land! There are just so many things to be thankful about!
