We made it to 10 years and boy did it fly by fast! There really are no words that can adequately express how much we have grown over a decade. We started out as two young, inexperienced and in love adults, went to college and graduated, found jobs, moved 10+ times, had 4 kids, bought two homes, created a business, went on lots of fun vacations, worked and played hard to create wonderful lasting memories! That is only scratching the surface of all that we have experienced. We have had our many ups and downs but have grown stronger as a couple and family through them all. Mark truly is my hero. He is the most kind, patient and genuine man I know who works hard to provide for his family and loves us deeply. He is my better half, my constant, my peaceful spot, my best friend. I am so thankful for him always being by my side and for the life that we have built together! I look forward to spending eternity with him!
To celebrate, we were able to drop the kids off at his parents and went to eat at Hub-Hes in Syracuse. We had steak and Portobello Chicken and shared a classic root beer float. It was all delicious. We then went to Syracuse Fun Plex where we raced go carts, went bowling, played mini golf, hit balls in the batting cages, and just plain had fun! It felt so good to be a kid again! It is nice to be reminded that we can still be silly and have fun together. We picked Chad up and let the other kids spend the night at their grandparents house while we enjoyed the rest of the evening together at home. Chad slept through the night so we got a full nights sleep! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate our 10th Anniversary!
