Today we awoke to a very pleasant and beautiful site! Fluffy white snow layered on the ground and trees! Finally we have snow! The kids were so excited and itching to go and play in it. They have been waiting all winter long!
Tonight after a busy day of playing in the snow, chores, and homework, Mark and I were able to attend our ward temple night. We were able to take some of my family names to be sealed. What a special night it was! I felt so close to the Spirit and just know that my family members are rejoicing to be sealed together for eternity! I absolutely love going to the temple and the absolute peace and clarity I feel inside its walls. The revelation that comes to me there helps me to be a better woman, wife, and mother. I’m so grateful that we have a little piece of heaven on this earth today! I have made a promise to return more frequently so I can be spiritually renewed and uplifted!
After the temple, we walked over to Farr’s with our friends, the Stokers, and enjoyed some delicious ice cream while chatting with each other. We truly live in an amazing ward with such great friends!! My heart is full tonight and just feeling so blessed!
