Mark and I were able to go on a date…that’s right…a DATE!! With four little ones, that’s become a rarity at our house right now. I sure do miss being able to spend one on one time with the man that I love. Having kids shouldn’t be an accuse but it sure does make it hard to find time to just be with each other. Mark’s parents were able to watch our kids for the evening while we went to a Clearfield High football game, Mark’s alma mater. Football games was a favorite past time of mine. Watching the game and hearing the cheerleaders was nostalgic. It brought me back to my cheerleading days when life was so carefree! It was actually so much fun! I haven’t really been to a high school game for nearly 8 years! It was fun to just snuggle and sit by each other and enjoy the game. We got to talk about lots of things and reconnect with each other. Dating each other after marriage is such an important thing! We NEED to make time for each other in order to really UNDERSTAND each other and GROW TOGETHER!
