Another month has gone by which makes our sweet little Sariah another month older. This past month she has reached major milestones in her development and her personality. We just love watching her grow and LOVE having her apart of our family. We are just so blessed to have this sweet happy girl. One of the things that we love about her is that she is so quick to smile. Whenever we go in to get her from her crib and she sees us, her face lights up and she gives us the biggest smiles. It just melts our hearts! What a blessing she is.
Here is what she has been accomplishing this month:
- On June 30, she became mobile. She rolled from front to back and back to front and now can go places. The other day, I found her at the other end of the front room. She likes that fact that she can now move.
- On July 5, her two bottom teeth came in. She enjoys chewing on things with her new teeth.
- She is staring to just jabber and talk. She loves when we just talk to her and she will make sounds back to us. It is so fun to here her use her voice. And what a cute voice it is.
- She is quite the little momma’s girl. She is staring to get a little stranger anxiety and will cry whenever someone she doesn’t know to well is holding her. She will fuss and cry until she is handed to me and then she will just smile and coo. I guess she knows what she wants.
- She gets so excited when it is time to nurse. She makes this “mmm” sound and smacks her lips in anticipation for food. It makes me laugh every time.
- She LOVES to put things into her mouth. Anything you give her goes straight in the mouth before playing with it.
- She got her first taste of rice cereal. She was definitely ready to eat. She took the spoon right out of my hand and shoved it in her mouth. She couldn’t get enough. It was like she was saying, “Finally, I have been waiting 5 months for this stuff!” She is such a good eater so I can’t complain.
- With each passing month, she manages to get more cute and fun! What a joy you are Sariah! We love you so much!
