Life just keeps plugging along for us. We have been super busy with Spring projects. We are trying very hard to get our yard up to par. We have done a lot of yard work. I cleaned out the bark in our rose garden and replaced it with some black mulch. It looks 100% better!
This past week Mark took on a big do-it-yourself project of installing a sprinkler system in our backyard. Our neighbor installed his and was able to teach Mark how to do it. By him doing it, it saves us thousands of dollars and gives him the satisfaction of doing it and learning something new. I am super proud of him! We had done help come this Saturday so we were able to get the majority of it done. Just one more Saturday should do it. Our yard was sure a construction zone but now it is starting to come together. We are so excited to be able to finally have sprinklers in our backyard!
